Dussehra 2012 Auspicious Muhurat for Pujan

This year Dussehra or Dasara is being celebrated on October 24, 2012. This day is considered to be very auspicious from Muhurat’s viewpoint too. Therefore, we are giving some of the important information related to Muhurat (auspicious time) on the day of Dussehra as follows:

On this day, Dashami Tithi or the tenth day of Sukhla Paksha of Ashwin will reside till 7.22 PM. Dhanishtha Nakshatra is ending on 5.45 PM. Ganda Yoga is till 4.56 PM on this day. On this day, Moon is going to be in Aquarius. Vijaya Muhurat will start around 1.07 PM and will end around 1.50 PM. During this time, you can worship weapons.

Abhijit Nakshatra is going to start around 11 AM and it will be over around 11.42 PM. This Muhurat is considered best to commence all sorts of good works. Any work started during this time does not face any unfavorable conditions. If one starts anything after worshiping properly, one certainly gets one’s wishes fulfilled. It coincides with Shubh Choghadiya and it is good to worship Lakshmi and Kumber etc during this time for success.

Afternoon, as per Hindu Panchang, will start around 10.35 AM and will finish around 12.50 PM.

In the morning, the fixed sign Scorpio is rising and it will occupy the time-period of 7.49 AM to 10.06 AM. It also overlaps Amrit Chaughadiya. It is advised to worship accounts’ book, Mahalaxmi and Kumber after performing remedies of Sun and Saturn. The second fixed ascendant is Aquarius. It is going to begin around 1.57 PM to 3.28 PM. It converges with Char Choghadiya from 2.31 PM. During this Muhurat, it is suggested to perform remedial measures of Venus before worshipping Mahalakshmi and Kumber etc. The third fixed ascendant is Taurus. It is going to begin around 6.34 PM and will finish at 8.31 PM. All the planets are positive during this Muhurat, therefore it is considered very good to worship Mahalakshami and Kumber etc within this period. It is going to yield a lot of positive effects.

As far as Choghadiya is concerned, Labh is from 6.05 AM to 8.53 in the morning. Labh and Amrit are going to coincide with each other from 10.18 AM to 11.42 AM. Char and Labh are going to overlap from 14.31 PM to 17.20 PM. Businesspersons can choose any of these auspicious Muhurat according to their ease and worship accounts’ book, Mahalakshmi and Kumber etc during that time.
