US Shut down - call off when?

I found the news of US shut down in the news paper today. There will be a retrospective effect over our exports which contribute 12%-13% of US imports. Whether our markets are resilient for this phenomenon or not but there will be a definite setback to our economy (which is now in a patient stage).

White house took this historical decision after the failure of Obama government to convince opposition about the source of inflows for its prestigious “health policy”. Even though majority of Americans are against this decision, great confusion is persisting about the tenure of this lock out. At this juncture I would like to make my astrological observations about the possible call off for this “Shut down”. I refer to KP Sixth reader for timing the restoration of government duties in US. The following is the horary map prepared in www.astrosage.com for horary seed number 127.

Luminaries should transit in the sensitive zones of planets connected with 2, 6, 10 and 11 houses. Ruling planets should be given preference.

I believe planets common with both the tables are potent to cause the event provided they are strong by sub and rule the moment. We found the Rahu, Jupiter, Venus, Moon and Kethu are the common planets. Among them Rahu becomes powerful as he represents all planets except Moon and Kethu.

Ruling planets at the moment of judgment are Rahu, Jupiter, Venus, Kethu, Sun and Mercury respectively in the order of strength. Therefore Rahu, Jupiter, Venus and Kethu are short listed. All are strong through sub also.

Therefore luminaries should transit through the zones of these planets. As the event may happen in some weeks I prefer the movement of Sun. Presently He is in Virgo in Moon star. Let him transit through Libra owned by Venus. In that sign we have two stars common with ruling planets Rahu and Jupiter. The following are the fruitful zones for Sun in Libra:

Venus-Rahu-Kethu: 31^st of October 2013

Venus-Rahu-Venus: 1^st – 2^nd of November 2013

Venus-Jupiter-Kethu: 12^th of November 2013

I feel the star of Rahu is more powerful than Jupiter hence left last two possibilities. Interestingly we have the star of Mars in the beginning of Libra represented by Kethu a ruling planet. This star has importance as horary ascendant is falling on it. Thus I would like to include it as follows:

Venus-Mars-Kethu: 19^th of October 2013

Venus-Mars-Venus: 20^th – 21^st of October 2013

We should look into the transit of Moon in the time zone between 19^th and 25^th of October 2013. I found that 19, 20, 23 and 24 are good as Moon is transiting in the stars of Ruling planets. Nodes are powerful says Prof KSK. Hence I prefer 19^th or 24^th of October 2013 for the call off. Readers should note the fact that this is only a research article.
