The Central finance minister, P. Chidambaram was born on 16th September, 1945 at 11.47 PM in Tamil Nadu, as per the details available. His ascendant is Scorpio. The zodiac sign Sagittarius and constellation (Nakshatra) is Purvashadha.
At present, the period of moon is influential on the finance minister. Being situated in the second and fifth house, Jupiter is in the eleventh house. Moon is the Lord of destiny and is situated in the second house. Moon is conjoined with Ketu and is situated in the constellation of Saturn. Amidst these situations, finance Minister P. Chidambaram will present the annual general budget 2013 and he will try to be on the safer side. Due to the main period of Jupiter, he will try to impose such taxes on people that can help in the betterment of Indian economy. However, due to the sub period of Moon, he will also try to benefit the masses. However, the Moon is with Ketu, therefore he will not be able to satisfy the masses through the general budget 2013. Moon is the constellation of Saturn, therefore the finance minister of India may try to dear the items of luxury.
Let us now know in detail about the things that might get dear or cheap. At the time of budget, the transit of India's chart will be as follows:
The Lord of first house Jupiter is indicating that the primary goal of annual general budget 2013 will be to improve the Indian economy. However, Jupiter is in the zodiac of its enemy and in the constellation of Moon. Being in the inimical zodiac, many such plans for the masses will be totally disliked. But, Moon with the Jupiter will provide some relief to the people. In total, the result will be such that it will not be able to satisfy the people and there will be substantial improvement in the economy. The masses will have to face many difficulties. The general people will be lured in the name of economy, but the reality will be understood in time. The loan rates of the Reserve Bank of India might be deducted.
The position of Mars and Sun in the tenth house is indicating toward the increment in the prices of land. Mars will be combust, being in the constellation of Jupiter. Increment is also seen in the taxes related to land and property. The presence of Venus along with Mars, Sun and Mercury is toward the hike in land and property taxes. Stress will be laid on basic amenities in the general budget 2013. The tax on the basic amenities might be increased in the 2013 budget. Being the Lord of third house, Moon is situated in the fifth house. It will be situated in the zodiac of Mercury, Virgo, and will stay in its own constellation. Therefore, pressure will be given on the amenities related to roads, airports, railways and other means of transport. These things will also help in the primary needs of people such as health and education.
Sun is in the Aquarius zodiac. Aquarius is the zodiac of planet Saturn and is also inimical to Sun. Therefore, chances of increment in the import duty of gold are high. Sun is in Shatabhisha, the constellation of Rahu, therefore people might consider this increment as more than required. Jupiter is also considered to have a right on gold. And, being situated in the inimical sign, Jupiter is indicating toward an increment in import duty of gold along with huge import of gold in the year 2013.
The Lord of wealth house, Mercury is situated in the place of work. Mercury will stay combust here. The Lord of tenth house Saturn is posited in the sixth house being retrograde. Therefore, a reduction in inflation is expected. The representative planet of wealth is posited in the Jupiter ascendant, which is an indicator of lowering rate of inflation.
However, the steps taken by the Reserve Bank of India and Government in 2012 to curb the rising prices of edible items were inefficient. However, after the general budget 2013, inflation will decline.
The Indian Government is increasing taxes every year, and it is expected that this year too the finance minister P. Chidambaram will carry forward this tradition. Planet Saturn is retrograde in the exalted sign and it indicates that there will be deduction in tax on the amenities given to the farmers.
Apart from this, the budget 2013 could be expected something like this - The service tax might get increased in the year 2013. Excise/Custom duty will remain same as earlier. Due to the effect of Jupiter, the senior citizens may get benefit out of the budget 2013. The tax on the buying and selling of shares might get increased. The tax on branded ornaments of silver might get increased. The taxes related to railways may also get increased. Corporate taxes might also increase. A rise is also expected in the taxes for foreign commercial loans for electricity, aviation sector, roads, bridges, inexpensive houses and fertilizers. Defence budget 2013 might be kept the same. Nothing special could be done for the benefit of paramilitary forces. Discussions will be done to bring back the black money deposited in the foreign countries, but nothing extraordinary is seen in that case too. Due to the sub period of Moon, the 2013 budget related to water and irrigation resources may be increased. Taxes and duties on Tobacco will also be augmented. An increment is expected in the planning expenditure of Agricultural and Cooperative sector. Gross Domestic Product will not be shown at its exact rate. A helping budget plan might be evolved to help the farmers to avail the agricultural loan. Due to the period of Jupiter, allotment of money for education and “Sarv Shiksha Abhiyaan” is possible. Special importance will be given to eradicate malnutrition, black money and corruption in every possible manner. An eye will be kept over Government plans. In all it can be said that the finance minister of India, P. Chidambaram will present the 2013 budget that may not interest the masses, but it won’t be that bad too. The budget 2013 might not be of great help to the people as the budget is expected not to be meaningful.
